Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. If not cancelled within that timeframe 50% of service will be charged. No-call/No-show will be charged 50% of service. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are over 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be cancelled/re-scheduled. I will do my best to accommodate you, but we must respect everyone’s time. Emergencies happen and if that is your case, please contact me immediately so we can work together to accommodate a better date and time. No Refunds! If there is an issue within 48 hours of the service received, contact me to have the issue assessed.
